Inside Dunkirk’s new migrant camp

Thirty-one individuals headed for the UK have drowned within the English Channel close to Calais after their boat sank.

Final week French law enforcement officials evicted as much as 1,500 individuals from a camp in Grande Synthe, Dunkirk, dubbed the ‘New Jungle’.

However many have now settled at a website down the highway as they hope to achieve the UK by crossing the English Channel – a deadly journey.
